Welcome to my Holistic Healing Sessions
In these sessions, I blend spiritual & energy healing techniques, intuitive insight, and holistic counselling to help sensitive souls, empaths and caring professionals heal from life's wounds and overwhelming life circumstances.
Whether you’re navigating the effects of burnout, chronic overwhelm, relationship wounds, grief, childhood trauma, spiritual awakening, or simply feeling lost and disconnected from yourself, together we’ll create a safe space where you can heal and reconnect with the deeper wisdom that lives within you.
How does a Holistic Healing Session work?
My 1:1 holistic healing sessions combine psychological and spiritual tools in a grounded, safe space. Using Jungian-influenced techniques, we’ll explore deep, often unconscious patterns that may be shaping your current experiences. These techniques help uncover the roots of your emotional and psychological challenges, while the spiritual healing and energy work clear blockages and support your healing on a deeper, more subtle level. Together, this holistic approach honours the body, mind and the spirit, empowering you to heal fully and reconnect with your deeper self.
Everything is permission-based so you never have to do something or explore something that you don’t want to.
Sessions are held online via Zoom and run for 60 minutes.
Please note: I serve clients who live in Australia as well as from other parts of the world. Sadly, I'm unable to work with individuals located in the USA or its protectorates due to insurance regulations. If you're unsure, please feel free to reach out for clarification.
