My Toxic Workplace Support & Recovery Sessions are designed for sensitive souls, empaths and caring professionals who have experienced toxic workplace environments and are struggling to recover emotionally and spiritually. If you’ve been burned out, disempowered, or affected by challenging workplace experiences or trauma, this space offers healing and a path to regain your confidence and sense of self.
What is a Toxic Worplace Support or Recovery Session?
This session is a deep dive into the emotional, psychological, and energetic impacts of toxic workplaces. Whether you’re still in a difficult job or healing after leaving one, we’ll work together to clear the lingering stress, heal PTS symptoms, rebuild your confidence, and set you on a path toward empowerment and clarity
During our time together, I use a combination of spiritual and energy healing, intuitive insights, and somatic techniques to release the stress and trauma stored in your body and mind. We will also explore practical strategies to set healthy boundaries, reconnect with your inner power, and protect your energy moving forward.
By the end of the session, you’ll feel more grounded, empowered, and ready to reclaim your confidence and sense of self.
Sessions are held online via Zoom and run for 60 minutes.
Please note: I serve clients who live in Australia as well as from other parts of the world. Sadly, I'm unable to work with individuals located in the USA or its protectorates due to insurance regulations. If you're unsure, please feel free to reach out for clarification.

This means I can often sense, feel, know, or symbolically see on a deeper level what’s happening in your life during sessions. My guidance helps us explore deeper, often unseen aspects of your life and soul, blending insight with gentle transformation and healing.
